Kate Graham

Kate has worked in L&D and HR for over 15

years. In her role with Fosway Group, Europe’s

#1 HR industry analyst, she works with

organisations using HR, talent and learning

technologies to feed into the research agenda

and extend Fosway’s Corporate Research

Network. As head of content, she shapes insight

and analysis outputs, sharing the latest industry

innovations and how solutions are helping

organisations in practice.

In addition, Kate is social chair of the world's leading L&D event, Learning

Technologies, co-founder of #WomenInLearning and co-host of Learning Now TV.

She is also a seasoned awards judge and long-time contributor and writer for

numerous industry publications including a regular slot on the Training Journal

podcast.

Together with her previous experience on both the vendor and communications

sides of the market, Kate has built a unique position in the industry and is

passionate about building best practice that helps drive the HR and learning

agenda forwards.
