Brandon Carson is presently Director of Learning at Delta Air Lines where he is responsible for leading and managing the learning and development strategy for the organization's global airport and cargo businesses. In this capacity he oversees the development of learning initiatives and programs including customer service, leadership development, and technical and compliance training for over 30,000 Delta agents.

Immediately prior to Delta, Brandon was Director of Learning at Home Depot where he oversaw all learning and development from new hire through to leadership development for all Home Depot employees.

Prior to his corporate roles, he had a 10-year career as an independent learning consultant for Oracle, Apple, Microsoft, and other Fortune 500 companies.

As a practitioner, educator, and consultant he has developed extensive expertise in the areas of talent management, leadership development, technical and compliance training, influence and change management, and innovative pedagogical design.

Brandon holds a M.Ed in Educational Technology, a BA in Business, and certification in advanced analysis.
